Refund Policy

Up the Mountain understands that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting scheduled guiding time.

Participant Cancellations

If you cancel your booking:

​

• 7 days or more before your hike: 100% refund
• 3 – 6 days before your hike: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before your hike: no refund

​

No-shows are non-refundable.

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original method of payment.

 

Weather & Safety Cancellations

 

Table Mountain weather can change rapidly and unpredictably.

​

If a hike is cancelled by the guide due to unsafe weather or safety concerns, you will be offered:

​

• A full refund OR
• The option to reschedule

​

Safety decisions are final and made in the interest of all participants.
